Hechuan,with both the beautiful natural scenery and a long cultural history, is one of the birthplaces of the Chinese nation, and it has been acclaimed as “the hometown of Yi Yin, the founder of culinary arts and the birthplace of the Book of Songs”. This course aims to help the learners to get familiar with the national scenic spot, Hechuan Scenic Spot, enabling them to explore the mystery of the miraculous spring, Virgin Spring in Hechuan. On top of that, it will also provide learners with the opportunity to experience the culture of the Book of Songs in Hechuan, and learn poems from the Book of Songs, legends and tales related with it to achieve the teaching goal of combining both enjoying the beautiful scenery, experiencing Chinese culture, and learning Chinese with fun as well.
