This video playback course aims to expose the learners to the origin of traditional banquet —Nine Big Bowls & Thirteen Plates widespread in Dali County, Weinan City, and its diet culture and folklore culture embodied in each dish. It will offer them an opportunity to appreciate the dish styles, food features and techniques of making this unique banquet.
