1"Eating in Changsha" focuses on Hunan cuisine and introduces the characteristics of Huxiang cuisine, including "no spicy dishes, no delights". It introduces Changsha's unique cuisine, through a food map, and the vocabulary related to diet. After introducing the special cuisine, the course explains the cultural factors behind it. Finally, it deepens students' impression through three special classroom activities.
《吃在长沙》聚焦湖南美食,介绍了湖湘饮食“无辣不欢”的特点,通过美食地图介绍长沙的特色美食,并学习和饮食有关的词汇。介绍完特色美食后,还向学生解释了其背后的文化因素,最后通过3个特色课堂活动,加深学生的印象。
