"Eating in Changsha" focuses on Hunan cuisine and introduces the characteristics of Huxiang cuisine, including "no spicy dishes, no delights". It introduces Changsha's unique cuisine, through a food map, and the vocabulary related to diet. After introducing the special cuisine, the course explains the cultural factors behind it. Finally, it deepens students' impression through three special classroom activities.
