This video playback course aims to expose the learners to the materials of cutting a calabash with a sheet of paper, to provide learners a chance to study the basic procedures and method of cutting this vegetable. Besides, it will offer them an opportunity to learn how to simply cut a calabash, to imitate and practice the pronunciation and intonation of the Chinese characters “hú lu”, and to acquire the simple techniques of paper cutting.
