This video playback course aims to expose the learners to the materials of cutting a Chinese cabbage with a sheet of paper, to provide learners a chance to study the basic procedures and method of cutting a Chinese cabbage. Besides, it will offer them an opportunity to learn how to simply cut a Chinese cabbage, to imitate and practice the pronunciation and intonation of the Chinese characters “bái cài”, and to acquire the simple techniques of paper cutting.
