Heaalth Qigong is a Chinese traditional national sport which combines physical activity, breathing in and out, psychological adjustment. It is an important part of Chinese long-standing culture. The practice of Heaalth Qigong plays a unique role in strengthening people's psychological quality, improving people's physiological function, the quality of life and moral cultivation. Long-term practising Health Qigong may help strengthen the body's immunity. Today we’ll introduce one of the Chinese traditional sports  Health Qigong· Ba Duan Jin to you.  Ba Duan Jin emerged before the Song Dinasty of China, about 800 years ago. Health Qigong· Ba Duan Jin preserves the excellence of the traditional Ba Duan Jin. On the basis of modern kinesiology and physiology, the order of ancient movements and the intensity of exercise have been regulated reasonably. It is a safe and effective aerobic exercise, easy to learn and suitable for different groups of people to practise. Health Qigong· Ba Duan Jin is one of the most popular fitness exercises nowadays.
