Celadon is not only an important symbol of Chinese culture and history, representing the simple, quiet and elegant aesthetic style of Chinese culture, but also an important medium of cross-cultural communication of Chinese civilization throughout the ages, which has been exported to many countries and regions in Asia, Africa and Europe through the Silk Road by sea and land since the Song Dynasty. In this class, we will discuss with Master Zeng Shiping, the famous ceramist, the process of inheriting traditional celadon and the spirit of craftsmanship, and to learn about the world diffusion of modern celadon.
