1The famous snack in Linyi's traditional catering culture, Sa soup, is made of beef, wheat kernel, flour, shallot, ginger, salt, pepper powder, sesame oil, sauce, vinegar and other ingredients, and undergoes a complex cooking procedure. It is one of the traditional and famous local cuisines of Linyi, and is included in the list of intangible cultural heritage. Pancake is also a kind of traditional food in China, which is popular in southern Shandong Province, with a long history that can be traced back to the Three Kingdoms Period in Linyi, and such food influenced southern Shandong and northern Jiangsu later.
临沂传统饮食文化的名小吃:糁,多用牛肉和麦仁、面粉、葱、姜、盐、胡椒粉、五香粉、香油、酱醋等原料,经多道工序制成,是临沂当地的传统名吃之一,入选非遗目录;煎饼是中国传统美食,以山东鲁南地区为盛起源甚早,传说起源于三国时期的临沂,而后影响鲁南苏北地区。
