1Chinese people have been following the belief that "food is paramount to the people" for thousands of years. As an important part of Chinese traditional culture, food culture has a prominent position in Chinese culture. This course introduces the general situation of Chinese food culture through the aspects of Chinese food structure, food cooking, cooking utensils and tableware, regional characteristics, table manners, etc., and helps participants further understand Chinese culture through food culture.
中国人千百年来一直遵奉“民以食为天”的信念,饮食文化作为中国传统文化的重要组成部分,在中国文化中地位突出。本课程通过中国饮食结构、食物烹调、炊具餐具、地域特色、餐桌礼仪等方面介绍中国饮食文化的概况,帮助学员通过透过饮食文化进一步了解中国文化。
