1The main content of this course is to introduce moon cakes, including the origin and implication of the custom of eating moon cakes on Mid-Autumn Festival, the types of moon cakes, characteristics of the tastes and production methods. Moon cake is a festival food eaten by Chinese people during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and it is also one of the traditional delicacies of the Han nationality in China. Eating moon cakes and appreciating the moon are indispensable customs for the Mid-Autumn Festival in the north and south of China. Traditional moon cakes are round in shape, symbolizing family reunion. The fillings inside are various, including meat, bean paste, five kernels, egg yolk, coconut and so on. Integrated with local dietary customs, moon cakes have developed into Cantonese, Jin, Beijing, Suzhou, Chaozhou and Yunnan moon cakes, which are loved by people in the north and south of China.
该课程的主要内容是介绍月饼,包括中秋节吃月饼这种习俗的由来和寓意、月饼的种类、口味特点及制作方式等。月饼是中国人在中秋节时食用的节日食品,也是中国的汉族传统美食之一。中秋节吃月饼和赏月是中国南北各地过中秋节的不可或缺的习俗。传统的月饼外形是圆圆的,象征着家人团圆。里面的馅料非常丰富,有肉的、豆沙的、五仁的、还有蛋黄的、椰蓉的等。月饼与各地饮食习俗相融合,发展出了广式、晋式、京式、苏式、潮式、滇式等月饼,被中国南北各地的人们所喜爱。
