The purpose of this course is to understand the market significance and value of clothing brands, complete practical learning and training in clothing brand quarterly product planning and design execution, and understand the design process and methods of a clothing company's product design department. The course learning is roughly divided into three stages. The first stage is to understand some basic concepts of clothing brands, as part of the modern commercial industry, the basic market positioning rules and classification of clothing product design styles. In the second stage, learn and understand the product structure in clothing brand marketing, learn the consumer design requirements of clothing brands, and the product design and development process of clothing products; In the third stage, following the basic processes of clothing company product design and development, students are grouped and assigned the basic requirements for the brand clothing market segment, undergo product design practical training, confirm the design theme if needed, and implement the design elements and design plan Clothing brand management is an important professional direction course in the clothing and fashion design profession. 本课程目的是了解服装品牌市场意义和价值,完成服装品牌季度产品企划、和设计执行等实践和学习,了解服装企业产品设计部门的设计流程和方法。课程学习大概分三个阶段,第一阶段是了解服装品牌的一些基本概念,作为现代商业化产业中的一部分,服装品牌的市场定位基本规律和服装产品设计风格分类。通过教师讲解和到服装店现场调研熟悉服装品牌;第二阶段,学习和了解服装品牌营销中的产品结构,学习服装品牌的消费者设计需求,服装产品设计开发流程;第三阶段,按照服装企业产品设计开发等基本流程,学生分组、安排品牌服装上市波段基本要求,进行产品设计实操训练,根据需要进行设计主题确认,设计元素和设计企划方案执行。

服装品牌管理是服装与服饰设计专业中重要的一门专业方向课程。课程设置是依据服装企业实际需求,以服装市场为导向的品牌课程,通过教师讲授和学生真实进行的模拟服装产品设计训练,以第一视角,面对真实服装产品需求和产品设计开发,通过设计实践的方式培养学生的服装营销、设计管理的意识,掌握服装资料调研、设计企划和服装款式设计等设计流程,培养服装设计专业学生综合设计能力。为更好地适应服装设计工作打好基础。
