"Old-style establishments" refer to products, skills or services with a long history, passed down through generations, and have a distinct background of Chinese traditional culture with a deep cultural heritage, achieving wide social recognition and forming a reputable brand. They are characterized by their historical significance, quality, credibility, nationality, and culture. Old-style establishments refer to both tangible businesses with products and services, and the intangible cultural connotations behind the brand. They not only have economic and commercial value, but also cultural and historical value. Old-style establishments are an important part of Chinese traditional culture, representing and being a beautiful brand for traditional folk commercial culture. Old-style establishment brands are the best products left behind from hundreds of years of business and craftsmanship competition in China, embodying the struggles of generations of people. Currently, there are 155 Harbin old brands that have been recognized by the Harbin Commerce Bureau. These include enterprises with over 100 years of history such as Qiu Lin, Lao Dingfeng, Shi Yitang, Yuquan Winery, Huayuan Baijiu, Madier, Daoli Vegetable Market, Zhengyang River, etc. They are all witnesses of Harbin's history and embody the cultural characteristics of Harbin. Harbin's old brands include six industries: medicine, catering, food processing, arts and crafts, retail, and photography. Through the course "Harbin's Legendary Old Brands," one can not only have a comprehensive understanding of the development history of Harbin's old brands, but also deeply understand the cultural characteristics of old brands and appreciate the unique charm of Harbin's old brands. 老字号是指历史悠久,拥有世代传承的产品、技艺或服务,具有鲜明的中华民族传统文化背景和深厚的文化底蕴,取得社会广泛认同,形成良好信誉的品牌。老字号具有历史性、优质性、信誉性、民族性和文化性。老字号既是指有产品和服务支撑的有形的企业,也是指企业背后无形的品牌蕴含的文化内涵。老字号不仅具有经济和商业价值,更具有文化和历史价值。老字号是中华民族传统文化的重要组成部分,成为传统民间商业文化的代表和靓丽品牌。老字号品牌都是中国数百年商业和手工业竞争中留下的极品,凝聚着数代人艰难坎坷的奋斗历程。

目前,经过哈尔滨商务局认定的哈尔滨老字号共有155家,其中包括百年以上历史的企业有秋林、老鼎丰、世一堂、玉泉酒业、花园白酒、马迭尔、道里菜市场、正阳河等等,他们都是哈尔滨历史的见证,凝聚着哈尔滨文化的特色。哈尔滨老字号包括医药、餐饮、食品加工、工艺美术、零售、摄影等六大行业,通过《哈尔滨老字号传奇》课程,不仅全面了解哈尔滨老字号的发展历程,更要深入理解老字号的特色文化,领略哈尔滨老字号独特的魅力。哈尔滨老字号食品会给你留下舌尖上的记忆,工艺品会让你体会指尖跳动的灵魂,品味老品牌历史的沉积,感受老字号故事里潜伏着的一方水土一方风情的流脉。
