Northeastern cuisine is a flavor belonging to northern people and a taste of life for the Chinese. The sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, and salty flavors, as well as pan-frying, stir-frying, roasting, and boiling, reflect the geography, climate, and living habits of the Northeastern region. This course introduces students to the culture of Northeastern cuisine. Northeastern cuisine has a rich variety of dishes and styles, satisfying the palates of Northeastern people while allowing people from all over the world to experience the depth and breadth of Chinese culinary culture. The goal of "Flavor of the World, Northeastern Cuisine" is to provide students with a culinary experience and a sense of Chinese culture, thereby sparking their interest in learning Chinese. "This lesson is brought to you by famous chef Ming Yanguang from Heilongjiang, who will be presenting six dishes: "Squirrel Osmanthus Fish", "Pork Belly", "Qingdao Crispy Shrimp", "Glazed Sweet Potato", "Spicy Silver Cod Salad" and "Three Fresh Dumplings. Let's follow two teachers from Harbin University to enter the "Food Classroom", experience northeastern cuisine, and feel the beauty of the world.

东北美食,是属于北方人的味道,也是中国人的人生百味。“酸甜苦辣咸、煎炒烹炸涮”中包含了东北地域、气候以及北方人的生活习惯,本课程为学生介绍东北美食文化。

东北美食种类丰富、花样繁多,不仅大大地满足了东北人的味蕾,更让世界各地的人们体验到了中国饮食文化的博大精深。“风味人间·东北美食”旨在为学员提供美食品鉴,感受中华文化,以此激发学生学习中文的兴趣。

本节课由黑龙江著名厨师明彦光为大家带来六道菜肴:《松鼠桂鱼》、《锅包肉》、《青岛酥皮大虾》、《拔丝地瓜》、《沙拉芥辣银鳕鱼》以及《三鲜水饺》。
