1Gannan Hakka Grinding Tea, Hakka people's traditional tea custom, has come down to us as Chinese tea custom from ancient times. According to historical records, Hakka Grinding Tea was popular in the Central China in the Song Dynasty, it was a kind of dietary habit formed by the Hakka ancestors during their migration, production and living. In the rich and colorful food culture of Hakka people, Hakka Grinding Tea is the most representative kind of delicious food. Its simple and elegant way of making fully reflects the inheritance of Hakka people's traditional Han culture. The skills of making Gannan Hakka Grinding Tea is spread in Quannan, Xingguo, Yudu and some other counties, among which the grinding tea in Quannan is the most distinctive and representative. In 2014, Gannan Hakka Grinding Tea was successfully inscribed on National Intangible Cultural Heritage list.
赣南客家擂茶是赣南客家人的传统饮茶习俗,也是古代饮茶习俗的延续。据史料记载,宋代在中原地区已流行擂茶,是客家先民在迁徙、生产、生活积累形成的一种饮食习惯。在客家人丰富多彩的饮食文化中,擂茶是最具代表性的一种美味,其制作方式古朴典雅,充分体现了客家人对汉族传统文化之传承。赣南客家播茶制作技艺流传于赣南的全南、兴国、于都等县, 其中以全南县的客家播茶特色最为鲜明、最具有代表性。2014年,赣南客家擂茶制作技艺成功列入国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目。
