Chinese food culture has a long history and has become an important part of traditional culture after thousands of years of development. Boshan, located in the middle of Shandong Province, is an important birthplace of Lu cuisine. It is known as the famous city of Lu cuisine in China. Four - Four Dish are the traditional dietary customs of Boshan District in Shandong, and also the characteristic embodiment of Boshan regional culture

中国饮食文化源远流长,历经千年发展,早已成为传统文化的一个重要组成部分。地处鲁中的博山,饮食文化底蕴深厚,是鲁菜的重要发源地,被誉为中国鲁菜名城。四四席是山东省博山地区的传统饮食习俗,也是博山地域文化的特色体现。
