1In this lesson, you will meet two Kung fu teachers from ECNU and learn the characteristics of Shaolin Kung fu and Wudang kung fu, and learn the basic etiquette of Chinese Kung fu. You can also learn the basic footwork of Chinese Kung Fu and the basic moves of Tai Chi.
在这节课里，你会认识两位华东师范大学的功夫老师，了解两大中国功夫门派——少林派和武当派的特点，学习中国功夫的基本礼节——抱拳礼。你还可以跟随老师学习中国功夫的基本步法和太极拳的基本招式。
