Acrobatic art has a history of more than 2,000 years in China. As one of the origins of Chinese acrobatic art, Ningjin acrobatics has a long history, starting from the Qin and Han Dynasties, prospering in the Tang and Ming Dynasties, flourishing in the late Qing and early Republic of China, expanding in the establishment of New China, and flourishing after the reform and opening up. Ningjin acrobatics is characterized by "surprise, adventure, strangeness, beauty and novelty", and is famous for its simplicity, roughness, softness and firmness. Its broad mass base, profound cultural deposits, exquisite performance skills, the development of Chinese acrobatic art has produced a significant impact. In this class, the host led the students into China's national intangible cultural heritage -- Ningjin acrobatics, to feel the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
