Having breakfast, one of the important Chinese habits, started in the Han Dynasty more than 2000 years ago. Since then, people in most parts of China have got used to eating three meals a day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Nowadays, with the rapid development in China, different paces of living bring out different feelings of life. Tianjin people know best that the first requisite of the breakfast for urban people is that they can get it fast. There is a wide variety of dishes for breakfast in Tianjin, such as deep-fried dough sticks、fried sticky food、bean curd、Miancha、Gabacai、Jianjin pancake and so on.
