Tai Chi adopts the immersive online cultural teaching method, which is targeted, practical, interesting, knowledgeable, practical, innovative and stereoscopic. The lecture is rich in cultural connotations and aimed at online international students, instructed by pleasurable means, which is related to language practice. The course is divided into three parts: 1. Tai Chi knowledge and cultural connotation; 2. Tai Chi real-scene teaching; 3. Tai Chi real scene teaching and presentation performance.
