This course includes an overview of Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan and some practicing clips. With thorough introductions and demonstrations of specific forms of Tai Chi Chuan and Tai Chi Sword, it shows the artistic characteristics of harmony, perfection, expansiveness, and poise in Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan, a traditional Chinese martial art, and its artistic style of being simple and plain, hard and soft. In this case, it deepens international students’ understanding and perception of traditional Chinese culture.
