This course mainly introduces the homologous food and medicine and shows the making process of three relevant dishes. Medicine food homology means that many foods can be drugs as well, and there’s no absolute division between the two. By introducing some edible medicinal food and Traditional Chinese Medicine theories, exhibiting the cooking process of specific dishes, and explaining the idea of “four natures and five tastes”, it shows the unique charm of traditional Chinese food culture and deepens international students’ understanding of traditional Chinese culture.

本视频课程主要介绍了药食同源的相关内容,并展示了三道具有“药食同源”理念的菜品的制作过程。药食同源是指许多食物即药物,他们之间没有绝对的分界线。通过对药食同源食材、中医药理论的介绍和具体菜品的制作流程展示,阐释了“四气”“五味”的原理,展现了中国传统饮食文化的独特魅力,加深了外国学员对中国传统文化的理解。
