This course is a Chinese culture course for international students and overseas Chinese. It mainly includes the basic knowledge of tea and tea art. This course traces the clues of the formation and development of Chinese tea culture and introduces the traditional Chinese morals, ethics and thoughts it contains. The main content also includes several aspects such as the history of tea, the classification and brewing of tea, tea and literature, and tea art performances. We strive to make overseas students understand and be interested in traditional Chinese culture through the study of tea culture, master basic tea art performance skills, and use tea as a means of internal training and social interaction.
