The cooking wisdom of the Chinese people has nourished the cooking culture inherited for thousands of years. The feelings about the food by Chinese people are indeed embodied in all kinds of delicious food and deeply depicting the life wisdom of Chinese working people. Through the mouth word and mind comprehension for generations, each delicious food has gradually become un unforgettable Chinese taste for all. It’s inheriting China’s Millennium cooking culture and also a unique expression of the feeling of Chinese nation. As a traditional course with hands-on practice as the priority, Chinese cuisine has always been much concerned at Chinese vocational colleges. How do the teachers teach their students these dishes and how do they merge and innovate them?
