It’s inheriting China’s Millennium cooking culture and also a unique expression of the feeling of Chinese nation. As a traditional course with hands-on practice as the priority, Chinese cuisine has always been much concerned at Chinese vocational colleges. How do the teachers teach their students these dishes and how do they merge and innovate them?
