2The hand-waving dance, locally known as "Sheba", is an ancient folk dance of the Tujia ethnic group which originated from the Tang Dynasty and still survives today. It tells the origin of human beings, migration of the Tujia ethnic group, and heroic deeds through sacrifice dances, songs, and other performances. This course will bring us into the mysterious world of the ancient dance.
摆手舞又名“社巴”，是土家族的一种古老的民间舞蹈。始于唐朝，流传至今。以祭典舞蹈、唱歌等为表演形式，以讲述人类起源，民族迁徙，英雄事迹为内容。在本课程中，我们一起来揭开这个古老舞种的神秘面纱。
