1A good sleeping environment is the first step to a comfortable sleep. First, please check your bed. If the mattress has obvious depression, or the hardness of different areas varies greatly, even there are many stains, it is recommended to replace a mattress. The mattress at home should be replaced every 5 years, and the mattress with good quality can be used for about 10 years. Then see if the pillow is comfortable? The right pillow can obviously improve the sleep quality. You can choose the right height and hardness according to your sleep habits. The height should be about 8-12cm.
良好的睡眠环境是舒适睡眠的第一步。首先,请检查一下你的床。如果床垫已经出现明显凹陷,或者不同区域的软硬程度差别很大,甚至有很多污渍,建议更换一个床垫。家中床垫最好5年更换一次,质量好的可用10年左右。然后看看枕头是否舒服?合适的枕头可以明显改善睡眠质量,可根据个人睡眠习惯选择合适的高度和软硬程度,高度在8-12厘米左右为宜。
