China is the hometown of tea culture. Tea culture was formed in the Tang Dynasty, flourished in Song, changed in Ming, and spread out all over the world along the Silk Road. In the eyes of Westerners, the bitter tea soup represents the mysterious oriental culture. A German student from the hometown of beer(Germany) came all the way to HUCM to study there. He started coming into to contact with tea culture in Chinese class and developed a strong interest in it. Under the guidance of teachers, he walked into the world of tea and got to know tea sets, types, ceremony, and flavors of tea. He will learn and understand more about tea culture from the perspective of a foreign student. It shows a vivid collision between eastern and western cultures contained in beer and tea.
