1"Baduanjin" is an ancient guiding technique in China, an independent and complete set of fitness techniques. Its movements are graceful, well arranged, and the fitness effect is remarkable. It is widely spread. It is considered to be the treasure of traditional Chinese medicine health culture. This skill is divided into eight sections, each with one action, so it is called "Baduanjin"; Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Baduanjin can soften tendons and bones, nourish your breath and strengthen your strength, and has the functions of promoting qi and blood circulation, unblocking meridians, flexible bones, and coordinating the inner organs. It can achieve the effects of strengthening the body, nourishing the mind, prolonging life, and preventing and treating diseases.
“八段锦”是我国古代导引术,是一套独立而完整的健身功法,其动作舒展优美,编排精致,健身效果显著,流传广泛,被认为是中医养生文化的瑰宝。此功法分为八段,每段一个动作,故名为“八段锦”;传统中医学认为,八段锦能够柔筋健骨、养气壮力,具有行气活血、畅通经脉、灵活盘骨、协调五脏六腑之功能,可以达到强身健体、怡养心神、益寿延年、防病治病的效果。
