Chinese economic law is the sum of legal norms that regulate economic activities and economic behavior. By introducing the division of legal system and public and private laws, we can determine the nature of economic law and find the position of economic law in China's legal system. Legal relationship analysis is one of the analysis methods of economic law. Through the three elements of subject, object and content, legal relationship can be identified. The students are expected to cultivate legal thinking, have legal awareness and protect their legitimate rights and interests.
