With the continuous development of science and technology, people's demand for intelligent production is becoming stronger and stronger. Mastering a technology can be of great help in work and life. This course will cater to the needs of many friends. It will start with the in-depth explanation of the connotation, significance, application of robots and electromechanical integration tools represented by MES and industrial cameras, hoping to enable students to obtain the most comprehensive and the most practical help. At the same time, industrial robots, as one of the basic equipment of China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry, are essential equipment for high-end manufacturing in the “12th Five Year Plan”development plan of China, which will “explode” in the future. With huge market potential, the course will better integrate national policies to promote economic development. “The industrial robot is a programmable operating machine with automatic control operation and mobile functions, which can complete various operations.”Based on this, teachers first gave a very in-depth explanation of the robot, with a very clear structure. It is mainly divided into two parts: theory and practice. First, the history, current situation and trend of industrial robots are analyzed. With the help of video materials, the audience can gradually deepen their understanding of robots. And firmly grasp the four characteristics of robots: “programmable, anthropomorphic, universal, and involving a wide range of disciplines.”In addition to the knowledge of the robot itself, the course also introduces the theoretical knowledge necessary for practical operation, teaching from the basic structure cognition, basic operation, parameter configuration, online digital programming and other dimensions. In order to make it easier for students to understand, we take the installation of S7-1200 PLC in Potu Software as an example to simplify the complexity, and personally practice each step, which is very clear and detailed. The most distinctive feature of this course is that it includes the form of practical documentary. It is interesting to see the students operate by themselves and practice robot programming. And through the self reflection and review of students, we can point out and solve problems in a more comprehensive and detailed way, which makes you more impressed with knowledge. In the subsequent on-site teaching of welding robot, the problem is taken as the starting point, the teaching is fun, and the ability to solve the problem is increased. Finally, a very detailed explanation and elaboration from the beginning to the end is given to achieve the mature development from theory to practice. At the same time, there are also explanations on the knowledge related to the automatic production line, which are divided into five parts: automatic line simulation operation, automatic line operation demonstration, typical application of automatic line, automatic sorting key technologies and works display, comprehensive video, animation demonstration, text, tables and other forms of explanation, which are easier to understand and accept. Finally, the relevant contents of MES and industrial cameras, from definition to function to how to use, are mentioned layer by layer, providing new ideas and perspectives. In the teaching process of this course, each teacher tried his best to explain, and through various forms of expression, they tried to be as efficient as possible, so that students' friends could understand the relevant knowledge points of intelligent manufacturing and electromechanical integration. I believe that students can definitely understand this industry well through this course, and contribute to the development of China's manufacturing industry! nowledge, which are convenient for students to use their free time to study repeatedly and progress.

随着科技的不断发展,人们对于智能制造的需求越来越强烈,掌握好一门技术更是可以在工作与生活中大有助益,而本节课程正是迎合了广大朋友的需求,将纵深式的从机器人的内涵、意义、应用以及以MES和工业相机为代表的机电一体化工具开始进行讲解,希望可以使得学员朋友获得最全面、最实用的帮助。同时,工业机器人作为我国高端装备制造业的基础设备之一,是我国“十二五“发展规划中高端制造的必要装备,将会在未来”爆炸式增长“,市场潜力巨大,课程将更好的结合国家政策,促进经济发展。

“工业机器人是一种具有自动控制的操作和移动功能,能够完成各种作业的可编程操作机”,基于此老师们首先对于机器人进行非常深入的讲解,结构十分清晰。主要分为理论和实操两部分,首先进行了对于工业机器人历史、现状及趋势的分析,结合视频资料,使得观者对于机器人的了解逐步深入,并牢牢掌握机器人的四大特点“可编程、拟人化、通用性、涉及学科广泛“进行生动教学。除去机器人自身知识,课程更介绍了实操时必备的理论知识,从基本结构认知,基础操作,参数配置,在线示数编程等多维度进行教导。为使学员更便于理解,更是以博途软件的安装S7-1200PLC为例,化繁为简,亲自实操每一步的做法,十分清晰详尽。

这门课程最与众不同的亮点则是包含了实操纪录片形式。看到学员自己动手操作,练习机器人编程让人感到如临其境,妙趣横生。并且通过学员的自我反思回顾,可以更全面而细致地指出并解决问题,使得我们对于知识的印象更为深刻。在后续的焊接机器人现场教学中,更是从出现问题作为切入点,寓教于乐,在解决问题中增长才干,最终给出一个由始到终包含十分详尽步骤的讲解与阐述,实实在在做到理论到实践的成熟发展。同时,还有对自动生产线有关知识的讲解,分为五个部分:自动线模拟运行、自动线运行演示、自动线典型应用、自动分拣关键技术以及作品展示,综合视频、动画演示,文字,表格等多种讲解形式,让人更容易理解与接受。最后提到的是M E S和工业相机相关内容,从定义到作用再到如何使用,层层地进,提供了新的思路与眼界。
