This lecture introduces Chinese food culture. In addition to introducing the characteristics of Chinese food culture, it illustrates the Chinese people's view that "food is the first necessity", exploring traditional Chinese food wisdom, and observing the influence of Chinese food culture in contemporary times, this lecture focuses on the food culture of contemporary youth, leading students to explore the types of food that young Chinese people love, and showing the new tastes in the changing times. Students will be able to experience the heritage and development of Chinese cuisine as well as the new look of China today.

本讲在介绍中国饮食文化特征,展现中国人“民以食为天”的理念,挖掘中华传统饮食智慧思想,观察中华美食文化在当代传播影响力的同时,将目光投注于当代青年的饮食文化,带领学生探索中国年轻人喜爱的饮食种类以及餐饮形式,聚焦时代变迁之下中国人“舌尖上的新味道”和新吃法。学生可以从中感受中国美食的传承、发展以及当今中国的新气象。
