The invention of pottery is an epoch-making symbol in the history of human society.The ancestors sintered clay into hard pottery through a series of processes, which was the beginning of human effort to change the nature.The pottery is made of moist and soft clay to shape various animals and figures, which enriches the modeling of pottery. Animal modeling has become an important part of ceramic modeling. This course focuses on making students understand the beauty of animal pottery and the process and steps of making animal pottery. The course consists of three parts: appreciation of ancient pottery animals, explanation of production process, teaching and demonstration of molding techniques, to show students the molding method and aesthetic feeling of animal pottery.
