Chinese Tai Chi, with traditional Confucianism and Taoism philosophy and the dialectical concept of yin and Yang as its core ideas, integrates various functions such as nurturing temperament, strengthening the body, fighting and confrontation, combined with the changes of yin and Yang and five elements in Yi ology, and the study of meridians and collaterals in traditional Chinese medicine, forms a traditional boxing of the Han nationality, which is both internal and external, soft, slow, light, and hard and soft. There are many traditional schools of Taijiquan, and the common schools of Taijiquan include Chen style, Yang style, Wu style, Sun Style and other schools. Each school not only inherits and learns from each other, but also has its own characteristics, showing a state of blooming flowers. Binzhou Hong Tai Chi adopts abdominal breathing and integrates the Meridians Theory Based on Yin and Yang. It has become an internal boxing technique of internal and external cultivation and physical and mental training. When practicing boxing, you are sweating and not panting, and your movements unblock your blood. It has become a very vital part of Chinese martial arts boxing.

中国太极,是以传统儒道哲学、阴阳辩证理念为核心思想,集颐养性情、强身健体、技击对抗等多种功能为一体,结合易学的阴阳五行之变化,中医经络学,形成的一种内外兼修、柔和、缓慢、轻灵、刚柔相济的汉族传统拳术。
传统太极拳门派众多,常见的太极拳流派有陈式、杨式、武式、吴式、孙式等派别,各派既有传承关系,相互借鉴,也各有自己的特点,呈百花齐放之态。

滨州洪式太极采用腹式呼吸,融合了以阴阳为基础的经络学说,成为内外修,身心并练的内功拳法。在练拳时汗流浃背而不气喘,动作畅通气血。动作柔中寓刚,刚中有柔,成为中国武术拳种中非常具有生命力的一支。
