1This course introduces some famous Zhejiang cuisine and special snacks. It will guide you to directly perceive the color, fragrant smell and delicious taste of Zhejiang food, and have an in-depth understanding of their history, cookery, features of ingredients, and some interesting background stories as well. Learners of this course will not only experience the unique food culture of Zhejiang, but also enrich their understanding of Chinese people and Chinese social life, and feel the rich Chinese southern customs.
本课程向大家介绍一些著名的浙菜和特色小吃等。课程将带领大家直观感知浙江美食的色、香、味,深入了解各类美食的历史由来、制作过程和食材特色,以及一些有趣的背景故事。通过此次课程学习,同学们不仅可以体验浙江地区别具特色的美食文化,还能丰富对于中国人和中国社会生活的认识,感受浓郁的中国江南风情。
