"Food is the first necessity of the people". After thousands of years of evolution, China's food culture is profound, covering raw material, knife cutting, cooking, tableware, health care, dining etiquette, dining atmosphere and aesthetic, each develops a rich and distinctive style, with amazing ancient wisdom. This course will tell about the Food and drinking Culture in Hangzhou from four aspects: three meals, four seasons, twenty-four solar terms and traditional festivals, and then elaborate the theory and philosophy of Chinese food culture.

“民以食为天”,中国饮食文化历经数千年的积淀,广博而精深。从选材、刀工、烹调、餐具,到保健养生、用餐礼仪,再到进餐氛围和审美情趣,各个层面都展现出丰富独特的内容,体现饮食文化中蕴含的古老智慧。本课程将从:三餐、四季、二十四节气和传统节日四个方面来讲述杭州的饮馔文化,进而阐述中华饮食文化的理论与智慧。
