This course mainly describes the concept and role of ecological barges, the six design principles of ecological barge (safety and stability principle, economic effectiveness principle, ecological sustainability principle, local conditions principle, spatial heterogeneity principle, landscape water-accessible principle), three classifications of ecological barges (natural prototype barge, natural barge, engineering natural barge), three important landscape functions of ecological barge (alleviating waterlogging, replenishing drought, and regulating water level; enhancing the self-purification effect of water bodies; promoting the balance of land and water ecosystems), and the construction technology of ecological barge (selection of plant materials, allocation of plant materials and various barge construction methods) and shares related cases.
