The Responsibilities of a flight attendant mainly including two parts: cabin service and cabin safety.Cabin Service is one of the most important part of civil aviation transportation which reflecting the service quality of an airline directly. The cabin crew should make sure passengers feel safe and comfortable during the whole flight, such as providing catering service, instructing passengers to use the in-flight safety equipment, and organizing passengers to evacuate from the flight when emergency. This part we are going to introduce the in-flight service and safety terminologies including boarding, checking the boarding pass, in-flight beverage service, electronic devices restriction, emergency exits introduction, emergency equipment and the command of emergency evacuation etc. You will be familiar with the terminologies used in the job as a flight attendant and lay a solid foundation to learn the specialized knowledge.

客舱乘务员的职责主要包括两个方面:服务和安全。飞机客舱服务是民航运输服务的重要组成部分,它直接反映了航空公司的服务质量。乘务员需要确保乘客旅途中的安全和舒适,例如为乘客供应飞机餐等,指导乘客使用机上安全设备,以及在紧急情况下组织乘客逃离飞机。本节课主要从登机、查看登机牌、机上饮品服务、电子设备的使用、紧急出口介绍、应急设备和紧急撤离口令六个方面讲空中服务与安全专业术语,通过学习您将熟悉空中乘务岗位的专业术语表述,对深入学习空中乘务专业知识和进行客舱服务与安全基本操作流程打下坚实基础。
