Cabin Equipment and Service is the core course of flight attendant major in higher vocational colleges. The course takes flight attendant post ability demand as the main line, and trains students' basic skills of cabin service, special passenger service ability, English and Chinese broadcasting ability, equipment use ability and so on. The selection of theoretical knowledge closely revolves around the needs of the completion of work tasks to select and organize the course content, highlighting the vocational ability training of students, at the same time, fully considers the needs of higher vocational education for theoretical knowledge learning, and integrates the "1+X" vocational skill level certificate of air crew, knowledge, skills and attitude requirements. The overall design idea of the course: Break the knowledge as the main characteristics of the traditional subject curriculum pattern, from the analysis "work tasks and professional ability", set professional ability training goal, changes the book knowledge to teach for the cultivation of ability, development based on the working process of the project course, centered on task organizing curriculum content, let the students in the process of complete specific projects to build the related theory knowledge, And develop professional abilities. This course is a combination of theory and practice. It adopts the method of "learning by doing and teaching by doing". In the teaching process, we should adopt a combination of work and study training mode through school-enterprise cooperation and the construction of practical training bases inside and outside the school, so as to fully develop learning resources and provide students with rich practical opportunities. The teaching effect evaluation combines process evaluation with result evaluation, and focuses on evaluating students' vocational ability through the combination of theory and practice.

《客舱设备与服务》是高等职业院校空中乘务专业的核心课程,课程以空中乘务岗位能力需求为主线,培养学生客舱服务基本技能、特殊旅客服务能力、中英文广播能力、设备的使用能力等。理论知识的选取紧紧围绕工作任务完成的需要来选择和组织课程内容,突出对学生职业能力的训练,同时又充分考虑了高等职业教育对理论知识学习的需要,并融合了空中乘务“1+X”职业技能等级证书,对知识、技能和态度要求。

课程总体设计思路:打破以知识传授为主要特征的传统学科课程模式,从“工作任务与职业能力”分析出发,设定职业能力培养目标,变书本知识的传授为动手能力的培养,开发基于工作过程的项目课程,以工作任务为中心组织课程内容,让学生在完成具体项目的过程中来构建相关理论知识,并发展职业能力。

本课程是理论、实训合一的课程,采用“做中学、做中教”的方法教学。教学过程中,要通过校企合作,校内外实训基地建设等多种途径,采取工学结合培养模式,充分开发学习资源,给学生提供丰富的实践机会。教学效果评价采取过程评价与结果评价相结合的方式,通过理论与实践相结合,重点评价学生的职业能力。
