In-Flight service is a core reflection of civil aviation service. The capability and service level of service providers play a crucial role in the development of civil aviation transportation industry. Improving the quality of service providers is an important means to promote the development of the industry. This chapter introduces the relevant work content and language knowledge of in-flight service. The course is conducted in simple and understandable Chinese-English, so as to facilitate the efficient learning of entry-level learners from different countries. Each work scene is accompanied by a Chinese dialogue video to help learners get out of the classroom and adapt to the actual language environment. Through professional cabin service terms and simulation of real cabin work situations, to improve learners' language communication ability and cabin service level.
