In China,civil airport business is usually divided into aviation business and non-aviation business.Aviation business mainly refers to the basic business directly related to planes, passengers and cargo services,such as take off and landing services,passenger and luggage security check services,etc. Non-aviation business refers to extended commercial services,including airport commercial operations,airport VIP services,airport accommodation,etc.With the development of marketization,commercialization and digitalization,airport VIP services are increasingly becoming an inseparable part of civil airport business.The VIP service emphasizes the satisfaction of individual and differentiated needs of passengers.It makes passengers feel that they are specially treated,and enhance their sense of superiority when travelling.Some passengers need to protect their personal privacy and security because of their special identities or types of work.So VIP service channels and procedures are undoubtedly the top choice for them.
