5Airport service is the main component of civil aviation transport service, and it is the first service that passengers contact when they start air travel. The quality of the service directly affects the travel experience of passengers. Airport work covers all aspects of ground services. This chapter selects several typical service contents for teaching, including ticket booking and change service, boarding pass handling and baggage checking service. The course combines various work contents with relevant language knowledge. Each section is arranged in the form of key words to key sentences, then introducing situational conversations, supplemented by relevant knowledge expansion, so that learners can master language skills while understanding professional knowledge.
