1China is not only an ancient civilization with a long history, but also a resort to enrich food culture. China is a vast country with vast territory and abundant resources, and there are differences in climate, products, customs and habits. For a long time, many flavors have been formed in diet. This course focuses on the main characteristics of Chinese food culture and the relevant knowledge of Chinese local cuisine.
中国不仅是历史悠久的文明古国,也是丰富饮食文化之胜地。中国幅员辽阔,地大物博,各地气候、物产、风俗习惯都存在着差异。长期以来,在饮食上也就形成了许多风味。本课程着重介绍中国饮食文化的主要特点以及中国地方菜系的相关知识。
