Tourism culture is a multi-disciplinary subject and degree program with rich and distinct contents. It should also bring benefits to tourism and make it an upscale business in the six elements as said above. For a tourist, the cultural atmosphere of traffic, accommodation, service and environment would affect the trip experience. In addition, carriers related to tourism, such as airports, stations, restaurants, markets, tour guides, etc., can also bring a cultural aura to him/her from different angles. This course will provide an insight into Hangzhou's tour industry and the status quo and management of tourism in Hangzhou and Zhejiang Province.

旅游文化是在与多学科的结合、碰撞、融会过程中形成的学科和专业,它主旨鲜明、内容丰富、研究内容独具特色。它还肩负着为旅游业服务,提高旅游品位和格调的任务,如主要体现在行、吃、住、游、购、娱六大旅游要素中的特色。对旅游者来说,旅行游览、食宿、服务、旅游环境的文化氛围直接影响着他们的旅游活动。此外,与旅游有关的文化载体,如机场、车站、餐馆、市场、导游人员等,都能通过不同的角度和多种方式给游客以文化的重陶和启迪。本课程以调研杭州旅游产业发展为主,了解杭州及浙江省旅游发展现状和管理水平。
