This course introduces the origins of wine, its application in TCM, the use of wine by famous TCM practitioners, and the common preparation methods of medicinal wine. Wine and TCM are deeply related to each other, and medicinal wine is used by TCM practitioners to treat illnesses and heal people. The course is designed to help students better experience the depth of the wine culture in TCM, and to further enhance international students’ interest in and recognition of excellent Chinese culture.

本课程主要从酒的起源、酒在中医中的应用、中医名家用酒、药酒常用制配方法等进行介绍,酒与中医有着深厚的渊源,药酒也是中医用来治病的良药,与中医治病救人密不可分。开设本课程主要帮助学生更好地体验中国传统医学中“酒文化”的博大精深和深厚底蕴,进一步增强国际学生对中华优秀文化的兴趣和认可度。
