This course is divided into two periods. The first period is mainly about the history of tea, tea culture (Ten Virtues of Tea, utensils and procedures of tea tasting, types and representative products of tea); the second period is mainly for the reprocessing of tea and the application of tea in TCM. The course enables students to have a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the excellent traditional Chinese culture through tea culture, which is benefit for their future study of TCM major courses as well as future career in TCM.

本课程共分为两个课时,第一课时主要从茶的历史、茶文化(十德、品茶的器具与品茶的步骤、茶叶种类及代表茶品)等进行介绍,第二课时主要从再加工茶、茶在中医药领域的应用等进行介绍,开设本课程主要使学生对包括“茶文化”在内的中华优秀传统文化具有更直观、更深入的了解,对下一步学习中医药专业课程、从事中医药事业有所助益。
