Guizhou's unique climate and geography have given birth to a rich variety of products. The various ethnic groups living here follow the seasons and use their wisdom to get ingredients from nature to create the colorful flavors of Guizhou. There are many traditional snacks in Guiyang, Guizhou, among which silk dolls are one of the most common delicacies in Guiyang, named because of their appearance which resembles a baby wrapped in swaddling clothes. In addition to Guiyang, snacks from other regions of Guizhou are also very tasty and attractive. They include Zunyi mutton noodles, Shuicheng Laoguo, Kaili fish in sour soup, Dong oil tea, etc. This course aims to use the rich and diverse cuisine of Guizhou as a key to open the door for international students to explore the food culture of Guizhou and experience the unique charm of Chinese cuisine.

贵州独特的气候与地理环境孕育出丰富的物产。居住在此的各民族人民遵循节气,发挥智慧,从自然中获取食材,创造出丰富多彩的贵州味道。贵州贵阳的传统小吃有很多,其中丝娃娃是贵阳最常见的美食之一,因其外形颇似被裹在襁褓之中的婴儿而得名。除了贵阳,贵州其他地区的小吃也十分美味诱人。包括遵义羊肉粉,水城烙锅、凯里酸汤鱼,侗家油茶等。本课程旨在以贵州丰富多样的美食为钥匙,开启国际学生探索贵州饮食文化的大门,感受中华美食的独特魅力。
