The purpose of Intercultural Negotiation is to share the techniques and arts of cross-cultural negotiation with students through theoretical explanation and practical cases, improve the analysis and execution skills of students in cross-cultural negotiation. Students participating in the course will feel their behavior in the real cross-cultural negotiation situation, understand the impact of cross-cultural factors on communication, interpersonal and decision-making processes in the communication and negotiation process, and then act accurately and create a win-win situation in the future cross-cultural negotiation, laying a good foundation for further improvement of relevant abilities in the future work.

《跨文化谈判》旨在通过理论讲解,结合实际案例,与学生分享跨文化谈判的技术与艺术,提高学生在跨文化谈判中的分析与执行技巧,提升其沟通、谈判能力。参加课程学习的学生将感受到在真实跨文化沟通、谈判情境下的行为,并理解跨文化因素对谈判过程中的沟通、人际以及决策过程等的影响,进而在未来的跨文化谈判中准确行动、创造双赢,为今后工作中相关能力的进一步提高奠定良好的基础。
