This lecture will introduce the “Belt and Road” Initiative (BRI) by tracing its historical origin and international background, explaining its basic concept, principle and priority by looking at the important milestones that BRI has achieved and some landmark BRI cooperation projects that have brought economic and social benefits to the relevant countries, to help students think about how to participate in and make good use of China's BRI from the perspectives of their country.
