1Health-care exercise of Chinese medicine contains rich and colorful contents, various forms, and unique styles, which, though different in names and diversified in the ways of practice, are all based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine for treating diseases and preserving health. Most of them combine limbs movement and inspiration and expiration together, and put much importance and emphasis on practice of the body and mind, so as to achieve internal harmony of the body and realize the purpose of health preservation by strengthening the tendons and bones and relaxing the meridians and collateral channels."
中医保健功法的内容丰富多彩,形式多样,风格独特,这些功法虽然名称各异,练习方式多样,但它们都以传统中医学治病与养生原理为指导,多以肢体运动和呼吸吐纳相结合,非常重视和强调身心的修炼,在强筋健骨和舒经活络的修炼过程中,促成人体内在的和谐,从而达到保健养生目的。
