1Harbin is the northernmost capital city in China. Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival is as famous as Sapporo Snow Festival in Japan, Quebec Winter Carnival in Canada and Ottawa Winter Music Festival. It is one of the few winter festivals with the richest content and the most warm atmosphere in the world.
