The Han dynasty (202BC—220AD) was the first peak of China's feudal society, and it was an important stage in the long history of Chinese civilization. With both economy and culture developing rapidly during this period, the Han dynasty laid a solid foundation for the development of politics, economy, culture, national territory, and many other fields. During the Han dynasty, the Silk Road which made outstanding contributions to cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries was officially opened. In this period, the Chinese nation had a very far-reaching influence on the development of world civilization. The Tang dynasty (618—907AD) was the most prosperous period of development in ancient China. With Chang'an as the capital, the Tang dynasty became the most open and prosperous country in the world. In this period, the politics, economy, and culture all reached unprecedented prosperity, and the various social systems laid a solid foundation for the development of China's feudal society. With the opening of the Maritime Silk Road and the traditional ones, the economic and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries enjoyed unprecedented prosperity. The Tang dynasty forged the most brilliant chapter of China's feudal society.

汉朝(公元前202—公元220)是中国封建社会的第一个高峰时期,是中华文明的历史长河中极为重要的阶段。这一时期经济和文化处于一个飞跃发展的阶段,政治、经济、文化、民族疆域等诸多领域都为中国的发展奠定了一定的根基。汉代时期,为中外文化交流做出突出贡献的丝绸之路正式开通。这一时期中华民族对于世界文明的发展有着极为深远的影响意义。

唐朝(公元618—907)是中国古代最繁盛的发展时期。以长安为首都的唐代中国成为当时最繁荣、开放的世界性大国。这一时期的政治、经济、文化都达到空前繁荣的局面,确立的各种制度为中国封建社会的发展奠定了坚实的基础。随着海陆两条丝绸之路的开通,中外经济文化交流空前繁荣,唐朝铸造了中国封建社会最辉煌的篇章。
